If you are using any oral or topical prescription drugs from a Dermatologist such as Retin-A, Renova, Differin, Vaniqua or Cleocin-T, or any type of daily acid serums or cremes, you must alert us before waxing services are performed. We will not be responsible for any and all adverse reactions due to non-disclosure of this information. Discontinue such drugs 6 weeks prior to facial waxing. |

As a courtesy to other guests and our technicians, please give us 24 hours notice when canceling, deleting or changing appointments.

There is a 50% of service fee charged for no shows or appointments canceled with less than a 24 hr. notice. Appointments taking longer than 1 hour are charged the full price.
At the discretion of management, a credit card may be asked to hold your reservation. If you arrive late for an appt., you will receive an abbreviated version of the service you are booked for in the time remaining and charged for the full service.
